EarlyBird's User Searches tool makes managing what your teams follow on Twitter a doddle

If you’re an EarlyBird admin, you’ll be pleased to know our latest enterprise search management tool makes it easy for you to see and manage what your teams are following on Twitter.

Want to check they’re all tracking Trump’s latest market-moving Twitter tirades? Or maybe you want to do a quick Twitter audit to ensure everyone is following the same equities, topics and markets? Well, our new User Searches' panel makes doing this really simple.

In addition to being useful for helping you see what your teams are following on Twitter in the moment, User Searches can also be used for making sure they're planning ahead for any upcoming major news events, such as Brexit and this year's European elections.

It's also good for helping you to do a spot of housekeeping. There's no point following an election after the event, so now you can remove any needless Twitter accounts and searches from your teams' dashboards at the click of a button.

The User Searches' panel can be accessed via the admin dashboard using the circled buttons above.

It lets admins quickly see and manage what their teams are following on Twitter.

This User Searches' panel is now live and ready to use. For more information, please refer to our short online GUIDE, which covers the following:

  • Accessing and navigating the User Searches' panel
  • Cloning accounts or pushing searches to team members for major news events
  • Reviewing what accounts and searches team members are tracking
  • Removing Twitter searches and accounts from your team’s EarlyBird dashboards
